How the CardSpike bonus works:
Players will have to earn Frequent Player Points to release their promotion code bonus at CardSpike. Frequent Player Points (FPPs) are earned by playing at real money cash tables and tournaments. Players will earn 7 FPPs for every dollar paid in CardSpike tournament fee's and up to 3 FPPs for every hand at the cash tables. Each FPP the player earns will go towards $.06 of the CardSpike promotion code bonus. The bonus will be released everytime the player has earned $10 worth in FPPs.
